Howard still healing after being stunned

Was fighting a Howard with aspect of chaos and he swapped health I waited it out and when it swapped back he started to regen but when I stunned him it didn’t cancel out
I accidentally pushed him to a sp2 because if his regen had worked as it said I would have killed him
Anyways he went from 5% health to 100%

    Hey there, would you be able to tell us what game mode or quest this was in, or what other node buffs were active at the time?

    It was in variant 1:3 and as far as I know it’s just aspect of chaos
