Is it possible to have 2 accounts on a device and if yes how?I got bored because I don't know what to do anymore.

You can use two accounts on the same device, however, you will have to log out and log in each time to those different accounts.

Yes. Both of mine are in the same alliance and I know of a few others with both of their accounts in the same alliance.
