Is Mephisto not designed to survive Special Attack 3s if he has soul charges?

When below 30% Health, each Persistent Soul Charge is consumed, Regenerating 10% of Base Health per charge. Mephisto does not take damage while consuming his Persistent Soul Charges through this ability.

May not work in SP3 animation, or, you have to consume the soul before SP3 kick in.
If I'm not mistaken, the regen process is pause when you sp3 a champ. So, it must be the same for Mephisto.

Let's see what will be the official rule from Kabam.
I'm curious.

He will take an sp3 and should go to 1% health and then regen dependent on number of souls.

He will also not take any bleed damage etc straight away until souls consumed and regen kicked in.

May not work with domino as he crit fails but everyone else no problem

Mephisto takes no damage when d regen starts
So if u do an sp3 at that moment, he most likely won't be affected.
But if u use an sp3 before he gets to the 30% mark, like let's say at 31%,
If the sp3 ko's him,he'll die
If not, like if he still has 1% health left, the regen will kick in
