I haven't gotten any gifting tickets whatsoever,from the in-game message nor the calender.Pls help?

As long as you are above level 15 you will be granted a Gifting Badge, from there you can send gifting items to those on your friends list.

If you're only level 35, how do you even know about gifting tickets, an item from the Chinese New Year event in previous years, which has nothing to do with any current event?

Sorry thought the red things were for gifting,still didn't get them tho,and I took a break for a few years
