Voodoo obviously isn’t great unawakened but... I wouldn’t say Morningstar is that great unawakened either. She’s a ramp up champ and as soon as you awaken Dr. Voodoo, he’s elite even at one signature level. Be patient and use perspective on your resources.

Of course, if you have any other champ that you could rank up that would help you more immediately, rank them up.
