Is Winter Soldier 5* (awakened sig. 55) worth using a 2-3 Rank-up gem?

- I'm considering this rank up since I've just pulled a 5* Killmonger.
- I actually had two 2-3 Rank-up gems (used one on Killmonger).
- I also have a 5* Gwenpool (unawakened) to consider... however I do have a 4* Gwenpool MAX sig level.
- I literally just R5'd my Blade, so my resources are pretty low right now.

WHO DO I USE THE GEM ON?

Use rank up gem on WS (awakened), synergy with KM is crazy.

Use rank up gem on GP, even if you have a maxed 4*

    Use rank up gem on WS (awakened), synergy with KM is crazy.
    Definitely would use on WS, GP and Blades abilities have a lot of overlap, so with the KM synergy WS is the way to go
