"Hey folks!
As we continue to take action against those that violate our terms of service, we're seeing more of these posts. A few things you need to know:
1. Our forums are not the place to discuss or try to appeal game bans. You can do this by contacting support: http://kabam.force.com/PKB/KbHome?ga...0000013VnVqEAK
2. If you send an appeal, our customer support team will investigate the reasoning behind the ban and act accordingly.
3. The hard truth is that it is very possible that your appeal may be denied.
4. We do not ban without evidence. Has a friend of yours been banned? You may be upset about that, but this doesn't necessarily mean that the action taken against them is unjust. We've seen a lot of conjecture and discussion around this point, and people both say that we don't do enough about cheating/hacking/account banning and then say that we are acting unfairly in taking action against those that violate our terms. We don't stand to benefit from banning people that have not violated our terms - there's no upside for us in that. We ask that you keep that in mind.
5. We don't provide detailed evidence or investigation methods simply because we are not wiling to give away information on how we detect this stuff. We are however working to be more specific regarding the reason for your ban.
Threads regarding account bans will be locked and directed to customer service.

OK! So what happens when you make a mistake and ban players for correctly using Quake in Variant, or Hela with 1 hit kills?? I have 29 guys that worked their asses off this season getting into P1 and now we're all screwed. Where is the appropriate place to discuss this?!

No one got banned for using quake. The guy from the top ally that got banned had to do with him having 3+ accounts on same WiFi and ip address with 2 devices. (He was flagged for piloting) Switching back n forth.. just like the brothers of another known ally whose bans were uplifted.
The whole quake thing was a speculation of his and the community ran with it. IT IS FALSEEE.
When kabam made a mistake about the dmg output on an old quest they posted about it and let everyone know that was their mistake..
The quake thing is not their mistake, they haven’t posted it being an issue. And now everyone banned is crying quake wahhhhhmbulance. This is fake.. your guys were banned cuz they cheat
Being too OP is not flagged.. they updated the dmg parameters after the first messup. No matter how good u think you are, or even if u charge hela to 100 furies and to 500k hit, you will not be banned.
