    This is a function of his Raptor Strike ability.

    If he has 50 Chitauri charges, he can dash back and quickly dash forward. If this attack lands, he'll drain a portion of your power. If it is blocked (or parried), he'll gain a decoy buff. When he has a decoy buff, the next hit that would make contact with him will miss.

    Not a bug.
