CAIW vs. Aspect of War Unstoppable

It looks like there's a discrepancy with CAIW's ability to nullify unstoppable when it comes to aspect of war. Regardless if this buff is 'passive' or 'active', it clearly states in his abilities breakdown that when having at least 1 kinetic charge, he has a 100% chance to nullify ALL unstoppable buffs when striking the opponent.

that means ALL BUFFS.
NOT ALL ABILITES
NOT ALL PASSIVES
NOT ALL ANYTHING
ONLY ALL BUFFS.

passive is not buff.
buff is not passive.
both are abilities but neither are the same as eachother.

aspect of war unstoppable IS NOT A BUFF. it is a passive ability therefore CAIW CANNOT NULLIFY IT.

JUST REPEATING. CAP IW WILL NULLIFY ALL UNSTOPPABLE BUFFS. ASPECT OF WAR UNSTOPPABLE HOWEVER IS NOT A BUFF, THEREFORE CAP IW CANNOT STOP THIS.

ALL UNSTOPPABLE BUFFS.
keyword there is BUFFS.
aspect of war unstopable is NOT a buff.
i repeat. NOT A BUFF.

you can tell by looking at the icon.
buffs have a white circle around them that shrinks to countdown.
passive abilities are a solid color circle that the whole thing countdowns.
