New war start time

Looking at the announcement for new war start times, if I've read it correct, war will start any time between 11pm and 3am UK time.

How is this fair?

If I've read it wrong please correct me but this is ridiculous. Why can't we decide when to start based on our own lives!?

You’re not American so you’ll just have to suck it up! My wars are now 3am to 7am, luckily I’m far more adaptable than our American friends.

I think matchmaking only lasts 18 hours so it’ll be 21:00 for us, I think. I hope
