Anyone know how to get out of the "failed to log in screen"?

Hello! I have been trying to log into another account from the 1st screen before it says I have failed to log in because I have been banned from my game from my device. Any fixes?

You answered your own question, your account was banned, there’s no “fix” unless it was an error, in which case submit a ticket.
