Hello! I have been trying to log into another account from the 1st screen before it says I have failed to log in because I have been banned from my game from my device. Any fixes?

Energy refills on leveling up.
Greetings, I have been noticing that when I play the game and I have almost full energy and I level up, my energy goes right back up to the max and most of the energy before I leveled up is wasted. I would like a full energy refill instead of just refilling the energy itself. Fellow Summoners, what is your take on this…
