Yes. She will go from lower mid tier to mid tier unduped and upper mid tier duped perhaps. Nothing major but a very welcome change. We need to encourage these types of changes from kabam because they are quick and painless!

I'd be happy if they stopped buffing old champs completely until they added the 5* champs they think we'll all forget about.. Scarlett witch, Thor, Wolverine, etc.
..and to anyone that says they'd break the game, I'd say to stop making excuses for lazy developers.
It's code, anything is possible.
Heck, since the 12.0 nerf, Thor isn't even close to God tier.
