AI confirmed to have dexterity without having the mastery?

Had the Mr. Sinister in Heroic EQ backed up against the corner, and he was able to evade both attempted hits of Carnage’s heavy attack animation while staying against the wall.

Wish I would have recorded my screen.

I believe what you may be experiencing is what many of us have reported, the spontaneous Evade. I don't believe it has to do with Dexterity. It's an unconfirmed Bug. Unless someone has knowledge of confirmation.

You don’t actually need dexterity to evade basic hits it’s onky needed for projectiles

No, but there's a quick Evade that mimics Dexterity. It's spontaneous. You could be in the middle of a Combo or Special, and the AI will spontaneously jerk back.

AI progression and evolution. As we get better and the champs get better, they tweak and boost the AI capabilities to make sure we can’t just face roll everything. Same with game speed (cough cough lag cough blocked specials hack cough wheeze frame rate drops cough cough) and AI learning how to light intercept incredibly well at times.

This is getting ridiculous with the way the AI behaves. We have them clearly evading attacks, blocking specials, and then dropping special attacks while you are in the middle of a combo and/or when you should be hitting them all the sudden your controls just freeze long enough for them to nail you with a combo or special attack. I find it suspicious that none of the YouTubers seem to have these problems. Have any of you seen this kind of activity on YouTube? If so please share the link.

there is a lot of evading happens that seems like the kind of evade and retaliate hit that even we as players cannot do with dexterity.
let alon the AI without dex.
remember the spidey and NC evade bug?
it seems like all champs have this now. just less often.
