Not got the new Intel calendar

Morning, I'm a UK player who normally gets updates at 6pm. This morning I logged on as normal and got the normal 2 calendar rewards. I then noted a bit later that there was an update which must have happened sometime while I was asleep alot earlier than the normal 6pm. I did the update but when I logged in there was no Intel calendar. I have since tried 5x logging in and its still not appeared. I cannot believe that I will miss the first day because kabams programming only allows 1 login calendar to pop up even if there is a new one that comes after! I have contacted support but as they are legends in uselessness I thought I'd throw this problem on here. I have not missed a login since they started!
