Freezing

in Bugs and Known Issues
So i have a Lg stylo 4 ive reported it to kabam and emailed them. My phone is up to date it occurs when i open 3*, 4*, 5* Crsytals.
Can Anyone help?

    It also Freezes when im doing Dungeon, Event and Story quest.
