Tier 5 Class catalyst bundle issue

On March 13 Kabam announced that they were reversing an offer. This would entail a refund of the units spent on the offer and the creation of a new but similar offer. As of 3/26 all that has been done to my account is the removal of catalysts that I purchased including two Tier 2 Alpha catalysts.
When I submit for support I and given a repeat of the initial message from 3/13 and no further action. When I follow up on the email’s I am told that the case has been closed. Please treat your customers better.

I fully agree with the post above. Kabam is not even responding to legitimate questions from their customers on this issue. We understand you may be overloaded with emails but it was an error you created. When you decided to unwind it, you should have been better equipped to handle it by responding to and updating your customers.
