Blade nerf?

Hi,
Blade special attack 2 dmg and bleed was nerfed? After the upgrade, blade deals minimal damage and bleed from a special attack 2.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug rather than a nerf. There are a quite a few bugs this update, some involving damage over time effects.

Definitely no changes to Blade, and I just tested him out and didn't see any difference. Anybody else witnessing this issue?

I’m not saying there was/is a nerf to blade, but I will say that not ALL updates are stated in the patch notes. So saying to review the patch notes doesn’t mean a change didn’t occur because it’s not stated in there.

Again, I’m not saying anything did or did not change with blade. Just pointing out that reverting to patch notes is not a 100% solution. I wish it was and we were told of all changes every time they’re made...
