So much for zero tolerance

So I recently started my second account and found an alliance with a couple others who are also on their second account. We soon noticed that we had some players using modded apps. We had one guy solo a boss in war without taking any damage. He was quickly reported and booted from the alliance. After that we had another member complete Beyond Hope (still don't know who it was). After that we had another do the same and soon became uncollected with nothing but a 4 star Quake and Killmonger both R4s. Asides from that being a dead give away he posted in our Line thread a screen shot, which had an icon in the corner the mod app he was using to complete it. Indisputable evidence that he was using a hacked app, which is against the terms of service. He was also booted and reported, this time I had evidence to turn over to Kabam. It's been 3 days and the player is still active. Has anyone else had this and how long did it take to have the player removed? Am I jumping the gun and should give Kabam more time to investigate the player? Anyways it is messing up my alliance because this guy may still be communicating with my guys and while the leaders are telling players to avoid using these apps why would they listen to us when they see a guy using it with impunity?

The forums is not the place for this. Keep sending in tickets. Many tickets will cause them to take action

It can take 7 to 10 days for them to investigate so be patient and communicate your no mods policy to the rest of your alliance

It takes longer than 3 days. They investigate thoroughly. Otherwise, anyone could just send a Report and ban someone. Also, they can't go on screenshots. They have to find evidence within the data. Those can be doctored. Just send it in and let them do their job. That's all we can do.

Your tickets arent the only ones they have. Im sure they've got dozens of the if not more they have to investigate. Like others said, screenshots are an end all be all as those can be faked just to get people in trouble. If it's legit cheating, their time will come.

Wonder if they include investigation of any other game accounts being played from the same IP/Device. As in... hopefully they will check if those people's MAIN Accounts are also using those MODs in order to play. Not just checking the secondary accounts that you referred to in your complaint Tickets.
