What's with archangel

When I look at his info, he has a 0% chance to cause poison on blocks, 0% chance to poison on sp1, and -40% chance to poison on sp2???? That can't be right

It is correct. Keep reading and you'll see that each of those are greatly increased with each stacked bleed on the target.

No it's right. His bleeds increase his chance of poison. To poison them you need to bleed them first. It's a little weird the way it is explained but the math is correct. An alliance mate pointed this out to me because I had the same question.
