Featured has always cost more. I'd imagine a 4* featured would cost 2.5/3k similar to the 10k/15k of 5 n 6*. Would happily pay for featured 4* for certain champs

Maybe before cavalier crystals became a thing. I guess it would still be useful for low-mid tier players though.

People who will benefit from featured 4 star crystals are not in the same group of people who are cavalier.

It would help people target specific 4* champs since the character pool is so large, just like 5* featured. So yes itd be useful
