Kobster is correct here. It's F2P. Kabam doesn't force you to pay money. You can play the entire game through and through without spending a dime. And Also I didn't know they're were called water-cooler inc. *The more you know star flies overhead*

Just curious why 90-99% of resources needed which should be free all time like revives higher health pots gems 4-5 even6* are not available in quests only in the most difficult ones without you having to buy so not really free to play

That information is wrong. Only a few little things in the game are pay 2 win (deadpool OG offer, for example).
Revives and HP pots? Completely farmable, but you can also buy them if you want to. Awakening and rank up gems? Same thing, but since they are far more valuable they will be more rare and expensive

Lol I'm f2p. Tell me about a ressource I can't get.
Sure it might take a little longer in some cases, but that's not generally the case. I'm sure there are at least somewhat hardcore spending players that aren't skilled enough to 100% the uc event every month. So at the end of the day I can still get more t5b, t2a, etc. than them.
Once I finish 6.1 I can even buy cavalier crystals after some arena rounds. If someone wants to pay 100$ to get a handful of them, why should I be bothered?

If you're f2p one thing you weren't able to get were the 6 star sig stones as they required currency

That's a good point actually. So there's one ressource I can't have yet, emphasis on yet. But seeing how I would need a duped 6* worth pouring stones into to even make use of those, them being only available through spending doesn't seem like a game changer.

Although it is not a huge game change it still increases the gap just a bit more between whales and f2p

You can farm lvl 3 pots, and even lvl 4 on some ocasions. It doesn't matter how many you want to use, you can farm them whenever you want. No one is forcing you to buy them

Why would you discard rol? Guaranteed or not doesn't matter. It has a high chance, just go there and spend your time in order to get something. Don't expect it for free without giving any of your effort to get them.
Point is, you can get almost everything in the game without spending a single cent. I don't think you are a newbie player in order to not understand it

The impact that has on your own game is highly dependent on whether or not you're even trying to compete with those whales, though.

Let me put it this way, those sig stones aside, money gets you forward faster to some extend. A player that has both the skill and the money will eventually get to the top. A f2p player can basically only rely on their skill and needs to put in more time IF they want to play competitive.

This is like an open street racing. The people that can afford the biggest cars, or in most cases are willing to invest that much, will have the best chances at making it to the top. There's nothing shady about that it's how our world currently works.

I know that's how the world works like for me I play at my own pace but there is probably someone who is trying to compete with these whales in like war or something and they feel there is nothing they can do if they don't put money into the game which shouldnt be the case

Those players aren't yet in need of a big amount of pots. They can get a few lvl 2 pots on some quests and thats enough to full their champions

If your at a level where you need that many health pots you should be able to kill rol ws
