Can't Open Arena Crystals [Merged Threads]

The banner alert says we can still open crystals. I beg to differ.

Can’t even open my arena crystals?

Same thing. Same crystals. Not opening anything else unless it's confirmed to be fixed. Better safe than sorry.

Having the same issue. 5 uncollected arena Crystal's that won't open.

I'm having the same problem, but it seems to only be Greater Arena Crystals.

The crystals have been returned to their correct tabs. Does this error still occur after the fix to the crystals tabs?

Everytime I try to open the crystal I get an error message. Please see video below

I have none left to open. The bug ate all the battlechips. Not gonna experiment with other crystals, if you don't mind.
