Why didn’t i get rank rewards for clash basic catalyst in arena and rank rewards for hero use in solo event from yesterday
Is this a bug

    You need to put up a certain score to enter and qualify for those ranked rewards. Most likely you didn't do that. You can check that requirement in the arena in question and the event by clicking on it and looking for ranked rewards tab. Score is usually at the top for how much you need

    Hey there, Terra got things spot on here. Rank rewards require at least a certain score to qualify for them, which can differ per event. If you believe you've hit that score and didn't receive your rewards though, you can get in contact with our Support Team and they can look into it. You can reach them by clicking the gear-shaped icon on top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
