You want a 100% stun chance so stark spidey and Roman are the options, you can get away with a really high chance like hulk but it’s rng depending, a 2* Roman can clear most power reserve fights

Aside from those already mentioned, aegon sp3 is long - haven't tried stun locking with it though.

Different tactic is Hawkeye sp1 power drain, which also tends to be effective.

Rogue. Power reserve means you can spam L2 after L2 and never dear about their power. Same with strike back

People forget Blade too. He has like a 70% chance to stun on sp3. If we use proper combos and with a bit of luck, opponent can be stun-locked.

There is also a synergy between She-Hulk and Daredevil that increases stun duration for all champs in the team.

I like to use it with Luke in the team as well, since he also has a 5% power gain synergy with She-Hulk. And he stuns on SP1.

For stun lock cheese on power reserve, Gambit is the way to go (see Variant 1 guide for more details)

Luke Cage can stun lock as well with his SP1, but it's not guaranteed. it's a 50% chance, but goes up 10% for every exhaustion debuff (max 80%). I use this all the time in AQ against sentinels.

Are you referring to this one ? If so, it's not duration it increases .. just Ability accuracy % ...

Aegon can just about stun lock if you use the right combo while stunned
