No rewards in unstable rift? Were we aware that was option?

I filed a complaint ticket and kabam referred me to a post that show rewards, but nowhere in the post does it say “if you run unstable, there’s possibility of getting NO REWARDS.” If you can find it in the post, prove me wrong!!

Zibiit says in above thread that if you did not receive any reward, then that is an error and you should submit a Support Ticket.
Might have been some confusion by some Support staff replies to some people, maybe those Support staff assumed that potential for zero reward was possible (?)

Take confusion as a given when dealing with Support. If they actually understand your question you should feel lucky lol. They are very helpful with things like reversing accidental purchases if you haven't used the items, but anything game specific is likely going to be a disaster.
