    Ghost Rider if you intend to use him for an attack team. Magik or Mephisto if you are thinking on war defense.

    I had my ghost rider at rank 4 unduped for ages, eventually got a mystic gem and used it in him, no regrets, he's now my top 5*.
    But, if you have a magik, I'd give it to her without a doubt
