Yes actually. lol Personally I would, it's a waste of pixels. I'm all for free items but when it comes to these crystals it just feels like a way to get on the good side of people. Idk...I would've been happier with a 4*, at least I would've gotten more ISO. 3*'s are just a kick in the....

Agreed. I'll take my 3* Netflix DD and say "thanks for the chance" Kabam. Don't like it? You can always choose to not claim and/or not open the crystal.

You do understand that’s just an animation, yes? As soon as you click claim the champ is already selected. The spinning and champs shown don’t necessarily reflect available champs. Hence, why you sometimes see champs “roll over” to true pull. It’s just fireworks

I think you might be generalizing a bit. The majority of players who get a gift like this will appreciate it. You just end up hearing about it because those that can't appreciate it are also vocal about their opinions. There's no reason to stop doing little things like giving away a crystal just because a minority of players complain. I think it's awesome to find a surprise in the mail even if I only pull a 3* from it.

The outcome is generated the moment you place it in the Reel or click Open. Where you click during the Spin doesn't matter. It's already generated the moment you place it.
