What's up with punisher 2099?

Can't seem to dex or block his sp1.
Strange. It's not unblockble.
But so wierd.
Before every fight starts .
That stealth spidey loading screen has a
Soft shilotte effect upon starting the fight.
If anyone noticed these. Let me know.

Due to how quick 2099s sp1 activates, his first hit and then pistol shots it's near impossible to evade it without sparky or similar evade champs. It's just hows his sp1 is animated. Best bet is to just block the entire thing.
As for his loading screen, it's just visual.

No no. I promise u i know that i blocked the entire thing all the time.
But suddenly that odd thing happened yesterday.
Felt like the block itself came down as soon as his shots were fired.
But the funny thing is. No life is lost.
But i can clearly see my champion taking those hits. Its was clear in the animation.
That's y i thought i would share this.

I guess, the fight has to be recorded to check what actually took place.

Cables sp1 is easily avoided if you dash back to the end of your part of the screen. He can't reach you with his beams there. It's impossible to dodge it all if your against the wall tho

Some of us facing problems.
I think we need to record the fights in order to see what's actually happening.
