Rogue Sp 1 Bug

I have notice that if you knock out the opponent with the second hit of special one, it does not grant the damage dealt as health. Is this a bug or is this supposed to be that way.?

    You can't steal health from a dead opponent. They need health that can be taken from them without knocking them out. Its logical

    If rogue on her sp1 steals up to, let’s say 250 health, and the opponent has 183 hp and rogue’s last hit of the sp1 hits, shouldn’t she at least gain 183 hp instead of nothing?

    The life gain comes at the end of the combo, so she gets nothing because they are dead at that point.
