That random Gamora buff that made her a good character, can we have more of that?

Electro, Rhino, Vulture, Ebony Maw, Doctor Strange and many other champs are just a joke in this game. Can we get like 1 small buff each mont hso that we can make more champs usefull?

    Wasn't Gamoras buff in line with Women's day or something?
    DS is far from his 12.0 self, but he's still solid.
    Electro has had his buff and is a solid rankup aswell.
    Wouldn't mind like a randomly selected champ which is lagging behind a lot getting a buff each month however like you said
