Lag in activating specials

Lot's of specials are being blocked or dodged because of a delay between pressing the button to fire it and when the champion actually executes it. Anyone else experiencing this lag??

My phone is fast with no problem at all in the game, after the update I do a 5 or 4 combo and fire the special and he takes more time to launch it, and they are able to block it or dodge it.

I'm having the same issue after this last update. Another bug that wont be fixed or mentioned bc it helps kabaam out.
