Tech boosts didn’t seem to work

When using tech boosts 200%and 12% in variant3 they didn’t seem to be working
When I did big damage on my sp2s I wasn’t getting any power back
Any1 else had this problem recently

    If you KO them with it, it don't bring power back. And in high HP content (like LoL) you don't do enough damage to get significant power back
