Shehulk sp1 bug

After Shehulk fires off a sp1 she can't be hit for much longer then it should be intended, which is causing a lot of miss action when going in to punish.

It isn't a bug. Some champions have a certain time frame where they are immune to intercept. Besides Shehulk, Sparky with his sp1 comes to mind. Just time your dash in

I do not agree. Before update i can hit with Killmonger and get true strike. Now it is impossible.
