War match missed for our alliance because of emergency update??

We enlisted the war with 3 battlegroup don't know what happened. the war matchmaking not happened it shows it take another 2days.. S+T+A our alliance tag super thanos army.. is it happened coz of emergency update? We lost one war in that n respective war rating..

We have the same problem. I am 100% sure we were enlisted! What can we do now?

They’re aware, I’m assuming they’ll just matchmake everyone afterwards or add an extra war to the season end

There is like 10 threads on this and kabam won’t respond to any of them

That's because everybody continued to create new threads regarding these issues (look in the mirror too), and to say that Kabam has not responded to each and every new thread (or maybe at least to the few threads you might have been looking in) is unrealistic.

In some of the primary threads (ie, “Fights Resetting [Merged]”, etc), as well as the various states of Orange Banner messages at top of page during the evening/night, and finally in their Stickied Admin Post titled “Final Update.....” they acknowledge this resulted in many alliances having AW issues (finishing previous war, enlistment in next war, etc), and that they are now in the process of determine a course of action, compensation, etc. which may not be finalized until probably much later in the week. As well as overall compensation for the impact it had throughout the game.

We were also enlisted before the snafu started, then during the brief connection for android users we were re-enlisted as we had not been showing as enlisted (even though we had checked the enlistment option). The game comes back and we are unenlisted again. They seem pretty determined to not let us fight the next war for some unknown reason (sarcasm, I don’t truly believe we were targeted). However this could drop us down a tier by season end.

Kabam acknowledged the problem in the forum banner prior but now there is no mention of it.

Will it be fairly addressed?
