All of these points have been mentioned and as well Iceman does not control f#&$ I and Ghost Rider has hell fire which is completely utterly different than fire according to the comics. Smh...

I think the correct word is "could." He could be. But ultimately, it is up to the rulers of Battlerealm to decide, aka the developers.

It's not like comic book readers haven't been having these same discussions for decades with the actual comic books. We try to logic out how things should work, then the writers throw that out the window by doing things that defy the current logic, and then the readers have to adjust to the new canon. That's just how this stuff goes.
