I recently pulled a 4 star doom. In his abilities for his Special 1 in the dev note on the playcontestofchampions website it says and i quote "As long as Dr. Doom isn’t suffering from Slow or Petrify, this attack will always be Unblockable, meaning if the opponent is playing defensively Doom can just throw this attack into their block and laugh." I fought a magneto. Correct me if i am wrong but magneto magnetism isnt a slow or petrify. why is this?

It's an ability accuracy reduction ... which would cause your ability to fail .. sometimes ..

throw a few of them .. you'll see it work sometimes, not others.

Dr Doom has #metal tag.
Magneto magnetizes those with that tag. Opponents who are magnetized have reduced abbility reliance, ie in this case Doom won't always have his abillitys activate. So not always guaranteed unblockable chance.
