Which 5* to R4? Duped Torch or unawakened Fury?

Hi,

I'm uncertain whether I should R4 my 5* Human Torch or my recently pulled 5* Nick Fury since Torch is duped and Fury who needs it, is not. What do you think? Is Fury favourable even though he's unawakened?
