Void and Spidergwen I have found are the best counters. Shehulk can work too. Sparky aswell. All depends on the node he's on

Cpt America IW seems to handle him fine ... block/parry gives him a petrify, preventing him from gaining his aura.

Doom with aura: Bad, dangerous, stay away.
Doom without aura: glorified meat punching bag ..
