Silver Surfer Taking Damage from Human Torch Incinerate

I was fighting on the Master difficulty of the Event Quest with Silver Surfer against Human Torch. Surfer was taking damage from the incinerate debuffs that stack when you hit Human Torch. Surfer's bio says that he takes -100% coldsnap, incinerate, and shock damage.

Apologies if this bug has been pointed out already.

    It’s possible for HT to reverse any will power healing depending on how many incinerates were on you. Also if you pushed him into nova form he no longer applies incinerates and instead applies nova flames. Without a video there are too many questions and possibilities to account for.
