Silver Surfer Taking Damage from Human Torch Incinerate
I was fighting on the Master difficulty of the Event Quest with Silver Surfer against Human Torch. Surfer was taking damage from the incinerate debuffs that stack when you hit Human Torch. Surfer's bio says that he takes -100% coldsnap, incinerate, and shock damage. Apologies if this bug has been pointed out already.
