[Abyss of Legends] -100% Offensive Ability Accuracy of Skill Champions
Certain interactions with this node do not appear to be functioning as expected. As it is not clear entirely what interactions are as intended or not, the below attempts to detail multiple specific interactions for a few champions relative to their abilities. Can provide videos evidencing each interaction described below if needed.
All tests 2 January, after 4PM PT, subsequent to the January 31 update
Device: iPhone 11 Pro Max
Software Version: 13.3
Game Version: 25.0
Abyssal Enhancement: "The Attacker has -100% Offensive Ability Accuracy except during Special Attacks"
3 Champions Tested: Namor (5R5 sig200), Archangel (5R5 sig160), Omega Red (5R5 sig200)
Other Champions on Attack Team: Aegon, Void
All Champions tested with active Skirmish Charges against a Killmonger (at the 3rd fight after Darkhawk and Luke Cage)
Issue 1: Champions do not strike critical hits during Special Attacks
- This is the case with all three champions
- Testing in duels and other game modes, these champions do have a chance to crit during hits of their special attacks (e.g., Omega Red's SP2)
Issue 2: Interaction with Archangel's Passive
- Archangel's passive states that "Archangel's Ability Accuracy cannot be decreased by his opponent's abilities"
- However:
* Archangel does not strike with critical hits
* Archangel's heavy attack does not inflict bleed [50% chance]
Note: How Archangel is working:
- His special attacks 1/2 do have a chance to inflict bleed or poison
- His special attack 3 does place a neurotoxin and stun on the opponent
- When struck into his block, a bleeding opponent has a chance to receive a poison debuff
- Upon expiry, Neurotoxins do stun the opponent
Issue 3: Certain Namor Abilities not Triggering on Special Attacks, or Triggering Inconsistently
3a) With suicide masteries active; using an SP3 with existing passive Fury does not grant an additional Fury passive
- This interaction occurred while running suicide masteries
^ Used an SP3 with 24 outrage
^ Granted passive Fury
^ Imperius Rex triggered at 30 outrage, granting up to 95% power
^ After combo, used subsequent SP3
No additional passive Fury was granted
Subsequently, used an SP2, which stunned opponent, and initial fury passive expired as continued fight
3b) Subsequent test, without suicide masteries active; Imperius Rex does not trigger power gain
- This interaction occurred with a basic attack tree mastery setup
^ Used an SP3 with 26 outrage
^ Granted passive Fury
^ Imperius Rex triggered at 30 outrage, but did not instantly generate up to 95% of his max power
3c) Namor does not trigger regen on all special attacks
- This interaction occurred with a basic attack tree mastery setup
^ Used an SP1 at 79 hit combo (27 Skirmish charges remaining)
^ Regenerated ~6% health from 12% to 18%
^ Used subsequent SP1 at 94 hit combo (12 Skirmish charges remaining)
^ Namor did not trigger his regen, remained at 16% health before and after special
- Can provide separate / additional example using suicide masteries where Namor is not triggering regen using his SP1
Note: How Namor is working:
- His special attack 1 does have a chance to inflict bleed
- His special attack 2 does have a chance to inflict stun
- His signature ability Hydrokinetic Armor Passive is working such that damage from Killmonger's reverb is sent back to Killmonger as Energy Damage
- Dashing back and holding block when above 15 outrage does activate imperius rex and causes Namor to gain a bar of power
- Launching a heavy attack while imperius rex is active will consume 15 outrage and grant a bar of power
- Can provide videos evidencing this if required
Note: How Omega Red is working [seemingly as I expected, with the exception of (1) above, but provided for completeness]:
- His special attack 1 does Life Steal
- His special attack 2 does emit the Death Field
- His special attack 3 does inflict Essence Steal
- His tentacle hits (M, Heavy, SP1, SP2) do reduce the damage inflicted by Killmonger's reverb
- His heavy attack does not trigger degen
- Death Spores do deal damage to Killmonger when at or above 10
- Death Spores do cause degeneration when the Death Field is active
