Looking for an alliance

So two of my friends and I are looking for an alliance. We have had a lot of problems with alliances that promise to pan out but end up with the members not really participating and we end up doing a lot of the carrying. My account is 200K+ and my other friends are 250k+ and 340k+. We can be very active and help out as long as we don’t end up having to do the heavy lifting. Just lmk if anyone’s interested in picking us up
