Namor/Cull Catalysts Refund...

Do we get refunded all the catalyst invested on Namor and Cull if we sell them between the 10th thru the 24th of Feb? I'm asking because it looks like Kabam Miike's post on this topic says we will be refunded all gold, rank up gems, dupes, etc. But it doesn't mention anything about catalyst.
