Who Should I rank up to R5? QUAKE OR THING?

I finished Variant 4 and got a Science Rank Up Gem and can't decide.
Also got a Tech AG (so now i got 2) and I don't know if I should use it on Warlock or Guillotine 2099

    If you know how to use her correctly, do Quake.
    If you don't know how to do that, do Thing.
    Save the gem. Warlock don't need it, and neither does Guilly.

    As to Quake or Thing - I don’t have much experience with Thing but Quake has my vote.

    I took her to rank 5 last month and she has been an MVP for boss fights. I’ve been able to one shot both Mojo and Terrax on Uncollected EQ. She’s such a unique champion and even if you use use the evade/parry technique, she can still avoid so much passive damage (e.g. Electro, Korg, Magic, Dormmamu, etc.). Truly a top 5 champion in my opinion - completely sold on her utility.
