On the cull obsidian adjustment...did u accidentally affect his block penetration/damage taken

Ever since the adjustment cull has turned into a glass cannon champion.... I understand the potential damage output he has but corvus has high out put gladiator hulk as well and you guys turned a tank into an electric barbie convertible for a 3 year old there has to be some comprising on at least block Proficiency he should be at 70%

    His block proficiency has always been on the lower end of the spectrum...similar to quite a few XL champs. His block proficiency is the same now as it was pre-balance.

    Always had a glass jaw, best way to think about him is like an XL wasp
