Heimdall regen synergy with thor does not always regen 15%... it does not state that it should regenerate less than 15% anywhere in the description sometimes it'll only gave you know anywhere from 1 to 7 % and sometimes it does generate regenerate the whole 15% and this is the Synergy with old Thor and Thor Ragnarok…

What about juggernaut ?
Ip has regen stun. Colossusis bleed immune and armor up buffs. Venompool. Has regen buffs heal block bleed...groot has regen stacked fury and decent damage... Juggernaut has crappy crit rating and damage a usless fury and stagger...and has to be awakend to use unstoppable...and has crappy damage output
