Should everyone have an upper star champion?

As long as they don't have a champion they can not use in the story they can have a hero crystal of a star level above like if you have 4 stars and can't beat act 5 you get a give star and if you can't beat act 5 or 6 they get a 6 star and with the virus I think it might make a distraction and help the scared people have a way to get something off their minds. (P.S.) if your team consists of for 4 stars and one 5 star you get a 5 star since your team is most of 4 stars.

The game itself being FREE to play is good enough IMHO. You can choose to pay, but you can progress just fine for free. Kabam doesn't need to hand out an extra champ to everyone because they're struggling with certain content. Also, let's say they do give everyone a free crystal of the top tier as per their current progression. That doesn't guarantee you'll get someone useful. Moreover, people will then complain that they pulled a less than stellar Champion, and in turn ask for something else (happens everytime).

So no, this isn't a good idea in the least. Using a Global pandemic as grounds for getting it is just adding to the no factor here. Kabam give us plenty in the way of opportunities. Sure, this game isn't without its faults, but all things considered, it's a great distraction in many respects as it is. This current situation is quite tragic for many, and I wish everyone nothing but the best. Stay safe and try to remain positive.

If you are trying to make a point with this post I'm failing to see it. Your choices are basically agree with you or say you want to see people struggling. Where is the option to earn these rewards like a normal gamer rather than asking for more free stuff.

Practice at a game that takes skill to get better? What a crazy noble concept I voted for. It’s not wasting hours, it’s practice. Practice takes time and effort.
Watch videos, try a quest, die, try again, die, Read the nodes again, try to fix what you’re doing wrong, watch more videos, try, etc.

People can beat act 5.1 with 3 stars and act 5.2 on on words with 4 stars so it's possible. This pity thing just isn't necessary
