Did Doctor Strange get nerfed again?

I keep an Excel sheet of all my 3-5* champs, and I just duped my 4* R4 DS again, raising Counterspell from 60 to 80. But when I went to update his rating, I noticed he was 4098, but now I'm looking at him and he's 3898. Nothing in my masteries has changed.

My 3* DS hasn't changed any, though.
