Spider-Woman and Venom
I feel like I'm always asking stupid questions, but... how can Spider-Woman evade Venom? Her kit reads no differently than the other #Spider-Verse Heroes, so I don't get it.

Electro question
Am I just misunderstanding Electro, or is he broken? His sig ability says (and I'm paraphrasing here) "increased crit rate based on stored power in both champs," but whenever I use him, his hits are the same from one end of the fight to the other, regardless of how much power either of us has.

Did Doctor Strange get nerfed again?
I keep an Excel sheet of all my 3-5* champs, and I just duped my 4* R4 DS again, raising Counterspell from 60 to 80. But when I went to update his rating, I noticed he was 4098, but now I'm looking at him and he's 3898. Nothing in my masteries has changed. My 3* DS hasn't changed any, though.

Is it policy to ban more than once for a single violation?
Hello is alright. I'm writing to ask if it's policy to temporarily ban an account once for a TOS violation, and then to ban the same account again permanently when no other violations have occurred?
